Our client is a reputable healthcare clinic dedicated to providing exceptional medical services to the community. The clinic prides itself on fostering a welcoming and professional environment for both patients and staff. With a focus on patient-centered care, the clinic combines the latest medical technologies with a compassionate approach to health and wellness. This full-time position is based in person and offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $20.00. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, promoting a balanced work-life routine for employees. The role of Back Office Staff is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of clinical activities and delivering high-quality patient care. This position requires an individual who is bilingual in Spanish and English, skilled in multitasking, and possesses excellent customer service abilities. The role also demands proficiency in various technical skills, including the use of Google Suite applications, data entry, and handling office equipment. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills for sound decision making and effective communication to interact with patients and team members. Responsibilities extend from preparing examination rooms and taking patient vitals to managing check-in and check-out procedures, scheduling appointments, and handling insurance verification. The Back Office Staff will also perform clerical tasks such as sending and receiving FAX communications, cash handling, and updating patient demographic information within the clinic’s software systems. This position is well-suited for individuals who are detail-oriented and accountable, with a genuine willingness to learn and contribute as part of a healthcare team.
