Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts in consecutive or non-consecutive days
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to work three 12-hour shifts per week for full-time, two for part-time, or four for per diem
- flexibility to work at multiple ConvenientMD locations within an hour's travel
- willing to travel for training shifts
- high school diploma or GED required
- ability to communicate proactively and confidently
- detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- compassionate and patient-focused
- technically proficient with Microsoft Office
- effective communicator and collaborator
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- trustworthy and HIPAA compliant
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- register patients efficiently ensuring all required forms are completed accurately
- handle insurance and billing inquiries providing clear information
- aid ill or distraught patients as necessary
- collect payments including co-pays and prescription charges following clinic policies
- proactively request cards on file and follow up on patient balances
- manage patient reservations and registrations optimizing satisfaction and provider schedules
- assist in scheduling specialist referrals
- navigate multiple software systems adhering to established protocols
- answer and direct phone calls professionally and timely
- maintain an organized and tidy reception area
- perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and maintaining logs
- become knowledgeable about CMD services and costs
- utilize software for scheduling and electronic medical records
