Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems preferred
- Commitment to patient confidentiality
- Ability to work full-time including rotating Saturdays
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred

- Ability to interact effectively and courteously with patients and staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Obtain and prepare patient records, encounter forms, and other paperwork according to established procedures
- Perform a variety of office duties including printing daily schedules, photocopying, typing, faxing, routing received faxes to appropriate persons, maintaining office equipment as needed, and preparing outgoing mail
- Assist in rearranging providers' schedules when called away, ill, or experiencing schedule changes
- Provide phone coverage as needed following call center protocols
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA policy
