This engaging and impactful role requires someone who excels in resolving insurance and billing challenges with strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude, even during difficult financial discussions. As the face of AFC, the specialist will greet patients with warmth and professionalism while managing front desk operations such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining organized and confidential patient records.
