Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and internal teams
Experience with scheduling and registration preferred
Knowledge of insurance authorization and verification processes preferred
Ability to handle confidential patient information
Strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
One year front desk experience preferred
Healthcare experience preferred

Job Duties

Greet and register patients and provide information about their visit and next appointment
Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
Communicate regularly with attorney offices, insurance companies, translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
Collect co-pays from patients
Manage payer approvals
Conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
