Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to work PRN schedule as needed
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency with phone systems and office equipment
- attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- experience in a medical receptionist or patient service role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- basic knowledge of insurance and billing processes
- proficiency with scheduling and office management software
- customer service oriented
Job Duties
- Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
- schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
- maintain regular communication with attorney offices, insurance companies, translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
- collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
- support front desk operations and ensure efficient patient flow
- handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- keep accurate records and update patient information as needed
