Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- one to two years experience in a medical setting
- proof of current flu shot
- proof of two doses of Covid-19 vaccination
- ability to adhere to code of conduct, policies, procedures, and protocols
- demonstration of professionalism

- commitment to ongoing training and development
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- one to two years experience in a medical setting
- experience with reproductive healthcare in a clinical office or hospital setting preferred
- knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to perform multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
- commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Job Duties
- Responding to patient requests and coordinating services
- answering questions and providing patient education and referrals
- providing excellent customer service to patients and co-workers
- assisting with keeping appointments on time and optimizing the flow
- performing all front office responsibilities as required by the health center
- establishing and preparing documents for patient records and patient services
- completing patient insurance information and entering visit data into affiliate systems
