Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • one to two years experience in a medical setting
  • proof of current flu shot
  • proof of two doses of Covid-19 vaccination
  • ability to adhere to code of conduct, policies, procedures, and protocols
  • demonstration of professionalism
  • support and model customer service standards
  • commitment to ongoing training and development

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • one to two years experience in a medical setting
  • experience with reproductive healthcare in a clinical office or hospital setting preferred
  • knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to perform multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
  • commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Job Duties

  • Responding to patient requests and coordinating services
  • answering questions and providing patient education and referrals
  • providing excellent customer service to patients and co-workers
  • assisting with keeping appointments on time and optimizing the flow
  • performing all front office responsibilities as required by the health center
  • establishing and preparing documents for patient records and patient services
  • completing patient insurance information and entering visit data into affiliate systems
