Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or patient-facing roles
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Experience working on diverse teams with a feedback-driven culture
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in changing environments
- Proficiency with computer technology and software applications
- Availability for full-time work with 8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM
- Ability to perform mostly sedentary work with occasional walking or standing
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in high touch customer or patient facing roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams
- Proven track record of persisting through change and taking action under pressure
- Proficiency in computer technology including typing, internet navigation, and use of multiple software systems simultaneously
Job Duties
- Use impeccable C-I-CARE framework in all patient interactions and ensure a fluid and positive in-office experience
- Manage patient intake, same day schedule, appropriate follow up scheduling
- Handle billing and insurance verification
- Monitor patient feedback and assist with outreach
- Perform all front of house duties including check in/check out, printing, paperwork tasks, prepping tests, tasking to service level expectations
- Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, participating in team problem solving
- Support in office providers with ad hoc requests
- Master technology suite including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and Electronic Medical Record system 1Life
- Perform opening and closing duties and daily office upkeep
- Maintain the look and feel of patient and employee facing spaces
- Restock supplies and organize office areas
