- bilingual in spanish and english
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficient in microsoft office
- comfortable learning emr systems
- ability to work onsite and travel between flatbush and williamsburg
- high school diploma
- prior medical receptionist or healthcare front desk experience preferred
- experience with emr/ehr systems preferred
- familiarity with insurance verification and patient intake processes preferred

Job Duties
- greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- schedule appointments and manage patient calendars
- answer and route incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
- verify insurance information and collect patient documentation
- maintain accurate patient records and data entry
- handle front desk administrative tasks, including filing and scanning
- coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
