Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year experience in medical receptionist or front office patient care
  • Bilingual English/Spanish speaking, reading, and writing skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
  • Willingness to undergo Tuberculosis screening
  • Ability to perform local travel with mileage reimbursement
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year professional experience as a medical receptionist
  • Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a team player

Job Duties

  • Operate switchboard and multi-line phone systems
  • Maintain long distance call logs
  • Greet visitors and manage visitor passes and logs
  • Respond to routine inquiries about organization
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as booking meeting rooms and organizing mail
  • Record and distribute accurate messages
  • Support front office operations with professionalism and accuracy
