Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • 1-2 years experience in a medical setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially
  • Proficiency in computer and keyboarding skills
  • Knowledge of medical insurance
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently
  • Capability to work under stress and adapt to changing situations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Welcome patients for their appointments
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments
  • Assist with taking patient vitals as needed
  • Collect payment at time of service
  • Maintain patient demographic records and financial accounts
  • Answer telephone promptly and professionally
  • Manage office inventory including ordering supplies and scheduling equipment service and repairs
