Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- 1-2 years experience in a medical setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially
- Proficiency in computer and keyboarding skills
- Knowledge of medical insurance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently
- Capability to work under stress and adapt to changing situations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma

- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Excellent telephone communication skills

Job Duties
- Welcome patients for their appointments
- Schedule and reschedule appointments
- Assist with taking patient vitals as needed
- Collect payment at time of service
- Maintain patient demographic records and financial accounts
- Answer telephone promptly and professionally
- Manage office inventory including ordering supplies and scheduling equipment service and repairs
