Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year administrative or customer service experience
- Reliable transportation to clinics
- Ability to travel to CVR King of Prussia and Wayne Clinics
- Availability to work four 10-hour shifts during the day
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency

- Minimum one year administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with EHR or NextGen systems preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially
- Reliable transportation to multiple clinic locations
- Ability to work flexible 10-hour shifts
- Proficient in multitasking and prioritization
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner and check in/out
- Ensure that all CVR policies and procedures are distributed, understood, and implemented by center staff
- Ensure compliance that patient charts are up to date, HIPAA compliant, and input into NextGen
- Review scheduling and financial responsibilities and referrals with patients
- Send precertification forms to the Precertification Department daily
- Complete daily close tasks including fee tickets, billing tasks and operative notes
- Review future schedules to confirm preauthorization for treatment
- Obtain and update all new patient forms in NextGen/EHR
- Collect necessary paperwork for patient appointments such as authorizations and referrals
- Collect copays and patient balances at time of service
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- collect email addresses from patients
