Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year administrative or customer service experience
  • Reliable transportation to clinics
  • Ability to travel to CVR King of Prussia and Wayne Clinics
  • Availability to work four 10-hour shifts during the day
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with EHR or NextGen systems preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially
  • Reliable transportation to multiple clinic locations
  • Ability to work flexible 10-hour shifts
  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritization
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner and check in/out
  • Ensure that all CVR policies and procedures are distributed, understood, and implemented by center staff
  • Ensure compliance that patient charts are up to date, HIPAA compliant, and input into NextGen
  • Review scheduling and financial responsibilities and referrals with patients
  • Send precertification forms to the Precertification Department daily
  • Complete daily close tasks including fee tickets, billing tasks and operative notes
  • Review future schedules to confirm preauthorization for treatment
  • Obtain and update all new patient forms in NextGen/EHR
  • Collect necessary paperwork for patient appointments such as authorizations and referrals
  • Collect copays and patient balances at time of service
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • collect email addresses from patients
