Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 plus years of customer service or receptionist experience
  • intermediate level of computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • ability to maintain patient confidentiality
  • flexibility to work varied clinic hours
  • ability to provide coverage at multiple locations
  • strong communication skills
  • reliable and detail oriented

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or higher
  • 1 plus years of customer service or receptionist experience
  • intermediate level of computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • experience working with Epic preferred
  • previous primary care experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Conduct check-in and check-out process
  • answer incoming calls and use EHR to document details of patient inquiries
  • conduct outreach to patients requiring appointments or service follow-up
  • schedule appointments using standard scheduling protocols
  • manage administrative in-basket pools and work queues
  • scan documents into the EHR per standard protocols
  • balance payments and prepare deposits
  • protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information
  • provide coverage at other ProHealth locations on an ad hoc basis
  • perform other duties as assigned
