Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
- maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- manage the office calendar, visitor scheduling system
- perform general administrative and clerical duties
- handle basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain office supplies inventory
- ensure reception area is tidy and professional at all times
- support other departments with various administrative tasks
- process incoming referrals
