- Accurate computer and keyboarding skills required
- Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients
- Proficient in operating telephone and headsets, PC, printer, photocopier and fax machine

Job Duties
- Handle incoming calls in a call center environment maintaining minimum 93 percent availability
- Greet patients and collect co-pays at the front desk
- Schedule follow-up appointments and referrals
- Support departmental clerical duties including sorting and distributing faxes and mail
- Perform patient outreach for scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and order
- Provide timely and courteous assistance ensuring quality service to patients
