Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and maintain call logs
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Prior front desk or receptionist experience preferred
- Knowledge of eClinicalWorks preferred
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
- Passionate about improving consumer experiences
Job Duties
- Receive and route incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Greet visitors and issue visitor passes
- Maintain visitor logs and alert appropriate parties
- Respond to routine inquiries from internal and external sources
- Schedule appointments and verify insurances
- Collect patient charges
- Perform basic administrative duties such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing mail, and handling courier packages
