Experience with EHR and PM programs
Basic computer skills

Job Duties

Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
Verify and update patients medical records and insurance information
Schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar
Prepare and print necessary paperwork for clinic visits

Maintain organization and accuracy in administrative tasks
Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient flow
