The Receptionist role at Conviva Senior Primary Care plays a vital part in the smooth functioning of the healthcare facility by acting as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and internal staff. This position requires excellent communication skills, exceptional customer service, and the capacity to manage a multi-line phone system efficiently. The receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, maintaining visitor logs and issuing passes, handling routine inquiries regarding location and hours, and distributing messages accurately. Ideal candidates should have experience either in healthcare settings or similar customer service roles in retail, hospitality, insurance, legal, or call centers. Essential skills include multitasking abilities, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access, and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player. Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish, or those with experience in value-based care models, medical terminology, or electronic medical record (EMR) systems, will find additional opportunities to contribute meaningfully.
Employment is full-time with scheduled hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The receptionist role offers an annual salary range of $38,000 to $45,800, along with eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan. - High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of relevant experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, legal, insurance or call center settings
- excellent communication skills
