- Minimum of 2 years experience in healthcare
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual Spanish preferred

Job Duties
- Scan new patient forms into the patient’s medical record in a timely manner
- Contact patients to advise them of order receipt and gather missing demographic information
- Provide excellent customer service with high priority on patient satisfaction
- Schedule patients’ next infusion appointments and welcome them upon arrival
- Collect copays and necessary paperwork from patients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility daily
- Order office supplies as needed
- Accept and distribute shipments and mail
- Scan delivered drugs into EMR inventory and assist with medication inventory reconciliation
- Communicate effectively, show reliability, and follow through on tasks
- Present ideas and suggestions to management
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned
