Our team thrives on creating a welcoming environment that supports the physical and emotional well-being of patients, emphasizing community involvement and proactive healthcare management. We continuously invest in technology and ongoing staff development to ensure that our healthcare delivery remains innovative and patient-centered.

We are currently seeking dedicated Front Office Medical Receptionists to join our vibrant team in one of our cutting-edge health centers. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first person patients encounter, setting a tone of warmth, efficiency, and professionalism that aligns with our mission to provide health care access for all members of the community.

In this role, you will work closely with the Medical Reception Supervisor and the broader clinic management team, responsible for managing the flow of patients smoothly and ensuring clerical operations within the front office run seamlessly. Your duties will include recording patient information accurately, maintaining the organization of front office equipment and supplies, and providing excellent customer service with empathy and respect. You will be entrusted with upholding strict confidentiality rules while communicating openly with staff and participating in health center meetings and ongoing training sessions.

Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is motivated by the opportunity to impact community health positively. You should possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and demonstrate flexibility to work extended or varied hours as necessary. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred but not mandatory. We value candidates who are team players with sound judgment, problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor grounded in compassionate care.

This position offers a starting hourly wage of $21, with final compensation depending on experience and qualifications. Upon joining UHC, you will also gain access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and professional growth. We encourage candidates who desire to make a meaningful difference in healthcare delivery to apply and become a vital part of a team that prioritizes patient-centered care and community wellness.
