The role of Receptionist at Conviva is integral to the seamless operation of the clinic and the positive experience of its patients. This full-time position, with scheduled 40 weekly hours from Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM, involves a variety of administrative and customer service responsibilities that collectively uphold the smooth functioning of front-desk operations. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, tasked with providing courteous, prompt, and accurate service. This patient-facing role involves managing multi-line phone calls, maintaining visitor and call logs, scheduling appointments, and assisting with insurance verification and patient charge collection, among other responsibilities. Compensation for this position ranges from $38,000 to $45,800 annually, with variations reflecting geographic location, skills, and experience. Additionally, the job offers a bonus incentive plan contingent on company and individual performance. - Six months to one year of multi phone line experience
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

Job Duties
- Operates a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs
- Maintains the reception area
- Appointment scheduling
- Verification of insurances
- Collecting patient charges
- Takes and distributes accurate messages
- Greets visitors and determines the nature of their visit
- Issues visitor passes and maintains visitor logs, alerts appropriate party of visitor arrival or directs visitors to appropriate office, department or employee
- Responds to routine inquiries from internal or external sources such as the organization's location, hours of operation, phone numbers, and/or email address
