Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience preferred but not required
- excellent communication skills
- ability to perform basic optometric tests
- ability to handle multiple tasks
- reliability and punctuality
- willingness to work Saturdays
- ability to undergo background check
Job Qualifications
- Prior medical, optometry, or front desk experience preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- comfortable working independently

Job Duties
- Greet and check in patients
- answer phones and schedule appointments
- verify insurance and collect payments
- perform preliminary testing such as visual acuity, auto-refraction, tonometry
- record patient history and prepare patients for exams
- assist the doctor as needed
