- experience with EMR software preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred
- familiarity with healthcare or dermatology environments is a plus
- basic knowledge of insurance carriers such as Medicare, commercial, and HMO
- experience with electronic medical record (EMR) software like EClinicalWorks or EMA is advantageous
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Warmly welcoming patients
- assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
- verifying patients' insurance coverage and eligibility
- handling phone inquiries
- maintaining patient records
- managing appointment schedules including auditing, confirming attendance, and filling openings
- providing product education and selling skincare products
- multitasking and completing assigned tasks promptly
- supporting the Practice Manager with additional duties as needed
- ensuring exceptional patient service and satisfaction
