This full-time role, with scheduled weekly hours of 40, offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $38,000 to $45,800, complemented by eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan. As a Receptionist 1, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating smooth communication channels within the organization by accurately receiving and routing telephone calls and managing visitors in a courteous and efficient manner. Your responsibilities will include operating a switchboard or multi-line phone system, maintaining long distance call logs, taking and distributing messages precisely, and greeting visitors to assess their needs while ensuring proper access through visitor passes and logs. This position requires you to respond to routine inquiries concerning office locations, hours, and contact information, supporting both internal team members and external visitors effectively.

Additionally, this role encompasses various administrative duties such as booking meeting rooms, typing documents, organizing and distributing mail, and handling courier packages. The Receptionist 1 works with clear, defined guidelines and operates under close supervision, thus offering significant opportunity to hone organizational and customer service skills in a dynamic healthcare setting. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one year or more of experience working in a healthcare setting preferred but candidates with strong customer service background in retail, hospitality, call centers, etc. will be considered

  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail and highly organized
  • knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • value-based care model experience preferred
  • knowledge of medical terminology preferred

  • bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Job Duties
