Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • customer service experience and/or training
  • ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers including fractions and decimals
  • ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
  • ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet software, and proprietary software
  • ability to sit, use hands, reach with arms, talk, hear
  • occasional standing and walking
  • work in a moderate noise level environment

Job Qualifications
