We are currently seeking a qualified Front Desk Receptionist and Medical Assistant, specifically those with phlebotomy experience, to join their professional healthcare team. This part-time or full-time position is based primarily in Weymouth, MA, with the possibility of working at a secondary location in Lowell, MA, which is about 15 miles south of Boston. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $26 to $28 per hour, plus performance bonuses between 10% and 15%. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment and are adept at multitasking to ensure seamless patient management and front desk operations.

The successful candidate will perform essential front desk duties such as patient check-ins and check-outs, answering phones, and scheduling appointments while also supporting clinical staff by performing blood draws when needed. This dual role requires maintaining a clean, hygienic, and professional setting to uphold the high standards of patient care. The role demands exceptional organizational skills, proactive communication, and teamwork, as well as a dedication to customer service.
