The role available is a Paid Media Manager position focused on managing the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns to generate high-quality demand and maximize return on investment. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that marketing campaigns are strategically aligned with both corporate and local property goals, enhancing visibility and driving measurable revenue contributions. Responsibilities include owning relationships with media and co-op partners to maximize campaign performance across owned and partner channels, acting as the bridge between corporate marketing and property teams, and guiding local properties to develop paid media strategies that complement brand standards while targeting local market opportunities. The individual will also oversee comprehensive campaign trafficking and project management to ensure the timely and accurate launch of campaigns with consistency and quality control.

The position demands analytical and strategic skills to continuously evaluate campaign performance, including impression quality, share of voice, and conversion metrics. The Paid Media Manager is expected to be adept at reallocating marketing spend and optimizing placements, ensuring that the company remains competitive and leverages opportunities for incremental demand growth. This role requires a combination of creativity, marketing expertise, and operational discipline to amplify the company’s marketing impact in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Candidates must be available to work on-site in the Waikiki office on a full-time basis. While the base salary starts between $70,000 and $75,000, there is potential to earn more based on skill level, experience, and educational background. Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience and/or training
  • College degree in Business, Marketing, Travel or Hotel Management or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work onsite full-time at Waikiki office
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to collaborate across teams and functions

Job Qualifications
