Job Requirements
- Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
- Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
- Must be able to provide proof of work authorization

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to food service
- Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships
- Basic English proficiency with good written and verbal communication
Job Duties
- Prepare and deliver food trays to patients and hospital units
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of food service areas
- Comply with health and safety regulations in food handling
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff regarding food service needs
- Assist with inventory control and stock management
- Support other food service team members in daily operations
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to food service activities
