Our establishment is a well-regarded pizza restaurant dedicated to delivering quality food and excellent customer service. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and commitment to team members, the restaurant operates with a focus on teamwork and skill development. As a restaurant, it serves a diverse clientele, offering a variety of pizza and related menu items, consistently maintaining a fast-paced and friendly environment. We have multiple positions available across different areas in our restaurant, all of which earn cash tips, including positions for delivery drivers. These roles range from front crew and leadership positions to kitchen staff and delivery services. The front crew takes orders via phone, walk-ins, and drive-thru, and assists with basic food preparation such as making salads and boxing orders. Front leaders are responsible for training new front crew members, handling customer disputes, and closing the store when the manager is not present. Kitchen crew members assist in preparing food during shifts, starting with roles such as dough slapper or oven catcher, learning the menu swiftly. Kitchen leaders step up in the absence of the kitchen manager, ensuring timely and quality order delivery while supporting and training kitchen crew members. Our delivery drivers are friendly, courteous, and community-focused, delivering orders efficiently to customers while also assisting with in-store tasks like cleaning and equipment maintenance. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in fast food or restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery drivers
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Basic food handling and safety knowledge
Job Qualifications
- Customer service skills and friendly communication
- Ability to learn menu and roles quickly
- Leadership skills to train and support team members
- Knowledge of handling common customer disputes
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team
- Familiarity with POS systems and order taking
- Physical ability to perform kitchen and delivery duties
Job Duties
- Take orders and enter them into the system through phone, walk-ins, or drive-thru
- Prepare basic food items like salads and box up orders
- Train new front crew members and handle customer disputes
- Close the store by completing closing list and shutting down POS
- Perform assigned kitchen roles such as dough slapping and oven catching
- Ensure timely and quality order delivery, maintaining kitchen stations
- Deliver orders courteously while assisting with store maintenance tasks
