The Meat Lead closely monitors inventory levels to prevent stock shortages, enforces proper product rotation using FIFO protocols, and tracks sales and waste metrics to facilitate cost control and continuous improvement. In addition to operational expertise, team engagement is emphasized, promoting a culture of inclusivity, open communication, and recognition within the Meat Department and across the club.\n\nThis position requires someone detail-oriented, knowledgeable in meat cutting and food safety regulations, and skilled in analyzing sales data to boost departmental performance.
