In this position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the meat room walk-in, as well as setting up a visually appealing meat display case. You will be required to properly use and maintain kitchen equipment, follow storage and rotation procedures meticulously, and uphold safety and sanitation practices in line with company policies. Teamwork plays a vital part in this role; as a Meat Cutter, you will collaborate closely with other kitchen staff and support the overall food preparation process to help deliver the 'legendary' experience for which Texas Roadhouse is known.
