Maintaining a clean and organized meat room walk-in is essential to ensure safety and sanitation standards. Workers must follow strict storage and rotation procedures to preserve meat freshness. Additionally, the Meat Cutter must adhere to all safety and sanitation practices mandated by Texas Roadhouse and health regulations. The role requires strong teamwork skills, as working collaboratively with other kitchen and restaurant staff members enhances overall operational efficiency.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in meat cutting or food preparation preferred
- ability to handle physical demands of the job including standing for long periods and working in cold temperatures
- knowledge of meat cutting techniques and safety practices
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
