This role offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities with a flexible schedule to accommodate day shifts, night shifts, weekend availability, and Monday to Friday schedules. Our competitive pay ranges from $12.00 to $13.00 per hour, reflecting our commitment to providing fair compensation. As a Back of House team member, your daily responsibilities will be diverse and engaging. You will season meats for their loading process, unload smokers, slice turkey and ham, and expertly pull chicken, pork shoulders, and briskets to prepare them for service. Maintaining cleanliness and organization is equally important, as you will be responsible for cleaning the smokers, emptying grease traps, sanitizing your workstation, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors. Every task you undertake contributes directly to the exceptional dining experience our customers have come to expect from us.
