The community features gorgeous residences, delectable dining options available at three onsite restaurants, and comprehensive healthcare services, including Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. We are currently looking for a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our esteemed team at The Meadows of Napa Valley. This role is vital in maintaining the pristine cleanliness and safety of our community, ensuring that every resident’s home remains welcoming and comfortable. Job Requirements

  • Six months of experience in housekeeping, cleaning, laundry or related field
  • Ability to work Sunday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
  • Dependable and energetic
  • Ability to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines
  • Physical ability to perform required tasks
  • Commitment to high standards of cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least six months of experience in housekeeping or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas
  • Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding linens
  • Restock cleaning supplies and maintain housekeeping carts
  • Report maintenance issues and safety hazards
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down meeting or dining areas
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold community cleanliness standards
