Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- physical ability to stand and lift 25 lbs
- willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and consistency during high-volume service periods
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- prior food service or barista experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare McCafé beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, frappes, smoothies, and iced beverages
- passionate about serving Gold Standard products to guests
- operate beverage equipment, including espresso machines, blenders, and drink dispensers
- ensure beverages are prepared according to McDonald’s quality and presentation standards
- restock cups, lids, syrups, milk, and beverage ingredients
- provide friendly, fast service and communicate with team members
- follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- collaborate with team to achieve goals and enjoy the work environment
