Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team environment
- Availability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to perform job duties including standing for long periods
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in cash handling and documentation
- Willingness to learn and develop within the company
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including open and closing shifts
- Basic cash handling and math skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to train and mentor team members
- Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures
Job Duties
- Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards
- Communicating effectively with crew and next shift managers to help them prepare to run a great shift
- Achieving targets during shifts and helping departments meet their goals
- Working open and closing shifts
- Monitoring safety, security, inventory and profitability
- Managing crew schedules and encouraging high performance
- Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production
- Training new team members on critical job functions
- Cash management including accurately counting down drawers and proper documentation of cash over/short and refunds
