Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred
Ability to read and speak English
Strong leadership and communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving capability
Ability to manage schedules and staff
Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Qualifications

Ability to read and speak the English language
Skills sufficient to direct staff members, handle guest complaints, and communicate at all levels of the organization
Ability to pay attention to detail and identify problems
Ability to identify and report routine and preventative maintenance requirements
Ability to motivate, train and supervise staff
Ability to work flexible work schedule

Job Duties

Supervise the daily cleaning of all lodge rooms, guest houses and club public areas
Prepare weekly schedule for all housekeeping staff, as well as manage PTO requests and coverage
Personally inspect all lodge rooms, guest houses and public areas following completion of cleaning
Train all employees on proper cleaning standards and procedures
Identify and report all maintenance concerns
Able and willing to clean rooms, houses, and public areas, as needed
Organize and inspect all housekeeping storerooms
