Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to read and speak English
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Ability to manage schedules and staff
- Flexibility to work various shifts
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read and speak the English language
- Skills sufficient to direct staff members, handle guest complaints, and communicate at all levels of the organization
- Ability to pay attention to detail and identify problems
- Ability to identify and report routine and preventative maintenance requirements
- Ability to motivate, train and supervise staff
- Ability to work flexible work schedule
Job Duties
- Supervise the daily cleaning of all lodge rooms, guest houses and club public areas
- Prepare weekly schedule for all housekeeping staff, as well as manage PTO requests and coverage
- Personally inspect all lodge rooms, guest houses and public areas following completion of cleaning
- Train all employees on proper cleaning standards and procedures
- Identify and report all maintenance concerns
- Able and willing to clean rooms, houses, and public areas, as needed
- Organize and inspect all housekeeping storerooms
