The Maternity Patient Concierge role at BEST is pivotal in supporting maternity patients and their families at BEST's client hospitals, with a focus on enhancing their healthcare experience. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific Time, totaling 40 hours per week. The Maternity Patient Concierge acts as a compassionate, resourceful, and reliable point of contact, ensuring that patients receive personalized care and support throughout their pregnancy journey. The role involves rounding to patients, providing comfort and care, and managing service requests accurately through BEST's service management platform. In this role, candidates must excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple service requests with poise and tact while maintaining accuracy in data entry and communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as experience with point-of-sale technology platforms, is essential. Physical demands include the ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods and to handle lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance are mandatory, along with the ability to pass background checks and drug screens.
