Job Requirements
- registered nurse license
- minimum of 5 years clinical experience in maternal or women’s health
- prior leadership or management experience
- demonstrated success in program development
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to engage and lead multidisciplinary teams
- familiarity with value-based care models
- proficiency in healthcare IT systems and data analytics
- excellent interpersonal skills
- commitment to patient-centered care
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in nursing or related healthcare field
- proven leadership experience in maternal or women’s health services
- strong knowledge of evidence-based maternal care practices
- excellent project management skills
- ability to work collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams
- strong communication and coaching abilities
- experience with data analytics and quality improvement initiatives
Job Duties
- guide a dynamic women’s health service line that spans obstetric triage, labor and delivery, antepartum, postpartum, newborn care, lactation services, perinatal education, and collaborative consults with OB/GYN
- steward program development and strategic initiatives
- standardize pathways for labor and delivery, OB emergency department, perinatal safety, and cesarean optimization
- lead drills and simulation exercises
- coach and support a team-oriented group of nurses and a diverse interdisciplinary cohort
- collaborate closely with service line executives, quality leaders, and physician champions
- leverage data-driven improvement strategies to elevate maternal care outcomes
