Job Requirements

  • registered nurse license
  • minimum of 5 years clinical experience in maternal or women’s health
  • prior leadership or management experience
  • demonstrated success in program development
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to engage and lead multidisciplinary teams
  • familiarity with value-based care models
  • proficiency in healthcare IT systems and data analytics
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • commitment to patient-centered care

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree in nursing or related healthcare field
  • proven leadership experience in maternal or women’s health services
  • strong knowledge of evidence-based maternal care practices
  • excellent project management skills
  • ability to work collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams
  • strong communication and coaching abilities
  • experience with data analytics and quality improvement initiatives

Job Duties

  • guide a dynamic women’s health service line that spans obstetric triage, labor and delivery, antepartum, postpartum, newborn care, lactation services, perinatal education, and collaborative consults with OB/GYN
  • steward program development and strategic initiatives
  • standardize pathways for labor and delivery, OB emergency department, perinatal safety, and cesarean optimization
  • lead drills and simulation exercises
  • coach and support a team-oriented group of nurses and a diverse interdisciplinary cohort
  • collaborate closely with service line executives, quality leaders, and physician champions
  • leverage data-driven improvement strategies to elevate maternal care outcomes
