Job Requirements
- Available to work flexible hours including night shift, weekends, holidays and extended hours
- Ability to travel as required supporting operational needs
- Clean driving record and valid driver license
- Must pass ten year background check and obtain airport security badge
- Must be computer literate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be flexible to adapt to a fast paced work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in inventory, warehousing, distribution, or related functions preferred
- 2 years of forklift experience preferred
- Previous airline experience preferred
- Previous cycle counting and inventory reconciling experience preferred
- Strong familiarity with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Job Duties
- Receiving, binning, shipping and issuing of aircraft parts
- Create repair orders for unserviceable parts as directed by Repairs Department and supervisors
- Ensure parts are available for daily maintenance workload
- Process serviceable and unserviceable part returns
- Perform Level 1 and Level 2 receiving inspection functions on behalf of Quality Control
- Execute monthly and weekly tasks such as calibration, shelf-life review, and cycle/inventory counts
- Conduct daily warehouse housekeeping, cleaning, and organizing of parts and equipment
