Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of direct experience in material handling duties
- familiarity with database user interface and query software
- proficiency with electronic mail software
- understanding of enterprise resource planning ERP software
- experience with inventory management software
- skills in spreadsheet software
- knowledge of label making software
- familiarity with materials requirements planning logistics and supply chain software
- ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and manlift
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs
- eligibility as a US Person under ITAR regulations
- successful completion of pre-employment background screening and drug testing including cannabis screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of direct experience in material handling or related duties
- familiarity with job duties including inventory management and material movement
- proficiency in database user interface and query software
- experience with electronic mail software
- knowledge of enterprise resource planning ERP software
- experience using inventory management software
- skills in spreadsheet software
- ability to use label making software
- understanding of materials requirements planning logistics and supply chain software
- demonstrated leadership abilities or experience in supervising tasks or teams
Job Duties
- Directing tasks and allocating responsibilities within the group to ensure deadlines are met consistently
- making real-time, urgent, and frequent decisions that directly impact the flow of business
- escalating and resolving unresolved work issues to keep the team moving forward efficiently
- stocking and distributing products and materials in inventory warehouses and manufacturing lines
- packaging and preparing products and merchandise for the shipping clerk
- preparing and maintaining records of items shipped such as purchase orders, manual shippers, and work orders
- performing daily cycle counts
- rotating periodically in receiving for cross training
- driving a non-CDL box truck for deliveries
- performing other duties as assigned
