Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of production or warehouse experience in manufacturing
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand, walk, and use hands frequently
- Ability to occasionally climb, stoop, kneel
- Ability to follow safety and operating procedures
- Basic computer skills for data entry
- Willingness to work first shift hours
- Ability to work occasional mandatory overtime

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year production experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Experience with Oracle or similar warehouse management systems preferred
- Forklift certification and experience preferred
- Ability to operate manual and automated material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read and follow production and shipping orders
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Commitment to safety and workplace hygiene
Job Duties
- Receives, stores, picks, and distributes materials and products within the establishment
- Reads production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved
- Transports materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other locations
- Sorts and places materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences
- Fills requisitions and work orders and distributes items to production areas
- Assembles customer orders and places them on pallets
- Marks materials with identifying information
- Opens bales, crates, and containers
- Records quantities of materials received or distributed
- Weighs or counts items to ensure conformance to company standards
- Drives certified material handling equipment
- Loads and unloads trailers
- Utilizes manual and automated handling equipment
- Practices safety and hygiene guidelines
- Maintains clean work areas
- Stores supplies in designated areas
- Keeps aisles and exits clear
- Follows safe lifting and carrying instructions
- Reports defective equipment and job-related injuries
- Takes photos and logs items for documentation
- Uses computer systems for records
- Climbs and works at heights when necessary
- Performs cycle count inventories
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives including 5S
- May perform other duties as required
