- High school diploma or GED
- 6-12 months of manufacturing or material handling experience preferred
- ability to obtain and maintain a KAMTEK forklift license
- ability to stand sit or operate equipment for extended periods in a manufacturing environment
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Job Duties
- Safely operate forklifts and handling equipment completing required inspections and following all safety procedures
- load unload move and deliver materials to production areas to prevent downtime and support continuous workflow
- perform scanning transactions maintain FIFO inventory accuracy and ensure materials are properly tagged (TLCQQ)
- place materials in correct locations and maintain organized clean work areas following 5S standards
- investigate and resolve inventory variances while ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing orphan tags
- communicate effectively with team members and support departments to meet production needs
