  • Forklift operation certification
  • Ability to work in office and warehouse environments
  • Availability for some domestic and international travel
  • Active secret clearance or eligibility to obtain

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery for multiple locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform periodic audits
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and freight carriers to schedule deliveries and resolve issues
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including material storage, handling, and distribution
  • Coordinate crane operations and generate critical lift plans
  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, company policies, and safety standards
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, material usage, and logistics performance
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency
