Job Qualifications

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for entire shifts
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work on uneven or slippery surfaces and stairs
- Team player with a positive attitude
- No prior supervisory experience required
- No prior related work experience required
- Willingness to complete safety training and certifications
Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
- Clean all equipment and areas
- Lock doors at end of shift after checking with captain or supervisor
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas including ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools according to set-up guidelines
- Follow all company safety and security policies and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Speak clearly and professionally with others
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
