Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- must be able to follow detailed instructions and adhere to cleanliness standards
- team player mindset with a positive attitude
Job Qualifications

- ability to take direction and support multiple team members
- strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- desire to learn hospitality and grow within Food & Beverage
- prior busser, runner, or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- assist with running food from the kitchen to the dining room and patio
- support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas
- refill water, assist with pre-bussing, and help maintain table presentation
- assist with setup and breakdown for daily service and special events
- follow service standards and cleanliness guidelines at all times
