Job Duties
- Works closely with the department head and supervisors recommending program changes as necessary
- Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all club amenities as well as any special events
- Maximizes revenue and cash flow by promoting Spa programs, packages and upgrades when appropriate
- Takes spa reservations for members and guests and verifying client itinerary for the days services
- Interacts with club staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
- Communicates all pertinent information to the Spa Director
- Follows set procedures on posting charges
- Ensures member satisfaction by maintaining a clean and safe facility
- Maintains an accurate supply list and inventory sheet
- Maintains a clean and organized spa by monitoring the facilities regularly
- Calls Athletic Porter for cleaning as needed
- Reports any necessary repairs to engineering
- Assists in the efficient operation of the department
- Maintains filing system
- Records members participation
