Job Duties

  • Works closely with the department head and supervisors recommending program changes as necessary
  • Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all club amenities as well as any special events
  • Maximizes revenue and cash flow by promoting Spa programs, packages and upgrades when appropriate
  • Takes spa reservations for members and guests and verifying client itinerary for the days services
  • Interacts with club staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
  • Communicates all pertinent information to the Spa Director
  • Follows set procedures on posting charges
  • Ensures member satisfaction by maintaining a clean and safe facility
  • Maintains an accurate supply list and inventory sheet
  • Maintains a clean and organized spa by monitoring the facilities regularly
  • Calls Athletic Porter for cleaning as needed
  • Reports any necessary repairs to engineering
  • Assists in the efficient operation of the department
  • Maintains filing system
  • Records members participation
