Job Requirements
- 1+ year of bakery production experience
- working knowledge of food sanitation, GMP, safe handling, and cannabis product standards
- comfortable working in a high-volume, high-pressure kitchen environment
- reliable transportation with the ability to regularly work out of North Phoenix
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to perform repetitive tasks
- must be at least 21 years of age
- must be able to pass a background check required by the Arizona Department of Health Services
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year of bakery production experience - large batch baking preferred
- working knowledge of food sanitation, GMP, safe handling, and cannabis product standards

Job Duties
- Bake, mix, scale, portion, and prepare large quantities of baked goods, edibles, gummies, and snack products
- follow recipes (modern and traditional) with consistency and precision
- observe and maintain standards through every stage - from mixing and baking to cooling, packaging, and labeling
- track and manage inventory for baking ingredients and supplies
- ensure compliance with food safety, cannabis dosing, and sanitation standards
- collaborate with team members to hit daily production goals with minimal waste
- maintain accurate records of batch output, labeling, and product weights
- support general operations as needed, including cleaning, supply restocking, and equipment prep
- communicate clearly with the kitchen team and management - no egos, just execution
- present a clean, safe, and organized facility at all times
