Job Duties
- Receive, record, and make any necessary arrangements for reservations and special functions in the restaurant
- meet and greet guests as they arrive
- ensure even distribution of tables for each server
- verbally communicate to server the table number sat and the number of guests
- escort guests to tables, hand them menus, wine list, and inform guests of specials
- beverage table if needed and/or time allows
- clean and display proper menus before, during, and after shift
- assist with all to-go orders
- assist wait staff and bus staff as needed and perform other duties as assigned per manager
