Job Duties

  • Clean dishes, scrub pots, sweep floors, and take out trash
  • Replace clean china, glass, and silver in proper storage spots
  • Work with kitchen crew to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen
  • Organize utensils and kitchen equipment
  • Ensure safe food storage and rotation
  • Represent the hotel team with good character and reliability
