Job Duties
- Clean dishes, scrub pots, sweep floors, and take out trash
- Replace clean china, glass, and silver in proper storage spots
- Work with kitchen crew to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Organize utensils and kitchen equipment
- Ensure safe food storage and rotation
- Represent the hotel team with good character and reliability
